LGBTQ+ Individual and the Church

Does the Church discriminate?

The Church welcomes all those who approach the altar with reverence and respect to take the sacrament of Holy Communion. All human beings are children of God and must be treated with respect. God created man in his own image (Genesis 1:27) and as we learn from Galatians 3:28:

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Living in the spirit of the Christ consciousness, the Church of the Rose and Cross does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation.

The Church is a Church of Christ, when one enters the Church the outer world fades away and the congregation becomes one body, united in the presence of Christ which knows no division. The Church will not promote one nation over another nor fly any flag but the banner of heaven and shall work tirelessly to bring the Christ consciousness to all mankind.

Holy matrimony was ordained a sacred sacrament by God for the union of men and women. As such, same-sex unions may be blessed by a priest or bishop, but no marriage ceremony will be conducted for them.
