No fee may be exacted for administering the Sacraments or for other spiritual work. Each member is expected to tithe according to their means with the understanding that any material offerings made to the Church of the Rose and Cross shall be put responsibly towards the spiritual work of the Church. The Church places the administration of its finances wherever practicable in the hands of its laity.
